Online

CampusCURES can provide web-based prevention, risk management, and best practices tools, to individuals designated by the institutional client.

CampusCURES provides proactive communication initiatives to presidents, senior administrators, faculty committees, athletics departments personnel, Greek community advisors, campus health center professionals, students, and families, among others, all as designated by the client.

CampusCURES online Modules are designed to facilitate Internet-mediated, interactive learning, by the client’s designated Users, of the client’s policies, procedures, and practices, as well as best practices risk management standards.

Sessions can be tailored to provide tracking, with email reminders sent to individual Users, reports to designated officials, and updates.

Users often can participate any time of any day or night, at each User’s preferred pace, logging in and out of a session as time permits, from any computer as authorized by the institution.

Platform

The CampusCURES Platform is a password protected website, accessible by user I.D. and password to users designated by the institutional client. See the login screen
here.

The Platform contains TABS, populated with CampusCURES resources as selected by the client. Resources available to client-selected logged in Users include, for example, a Library (relevant articles), Training tools (modules, policies, checklists, etc., as determined by the Client), as well as Administration (allowing designated client contact personnel to assign and track completion of training). Other resources also are available.

All features of the Platform can be viewed in a demonstration. To arrange for a demonstration, Contact Us.

The login page for the Platform can feature the CampusCURES logo, or, at the preference of the client, it can display the institution’s logo, colors and other insignia, so that it appears to be a site on the institution’s own homepage. Users would not be aware that CampusCURES is providing the web support for the Platform.

Modules

CampusCURES online modules are designed to maximize the reach of the client’s training goals, by allowing multiple users to train at the same time or at different times.

Each designated User is assigned a user I.D. and password, to allow login into the client-only website. There, at any time, night or day, 24/7, the User can access the approved training module, at work or home, as permitted by the client institution.

The Module can incorporate and utilize the client’s policy, script, or presentation, making it available via the CampusCURES
Platform.

CampusCURES can design modules pursuant to the client’s requirements. At the client’s option, existing CampusCURES modules can be used, to present the desired training.

Topics of interest already developed into training module form, for use by CampusCURES clients, are available for demonstration to key administrators. If interested, Contact Us.

CampusCURES offers an educational module on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which is a federal law addressing the privacy rights of students in their education records. To see sample screens of the CampusCURES FERPA Module, click here.

All Modules are supported and updated as laws, policies, presentations and other aspects of the training change.

Tracking Systems

The Platform-based CampusCURES Tracking System provides the client a method for assuring participation in, and completion of, assigned training.

CampusCURES maintains records, which also can be sent regularly, or as automatically generated reports, to the designated official in the client institution.

Database Management

CampusCURES provides designated client officials with the capacity to manage access to the administrative functions of the CampusCURES Platform.

Designated officials can add or change the access options of selected Users.

When a User is to be deleted (e.g., leaves employment), the CampusCURES system allows the client to move that User to Inactive status. This means that CampusCURES maintains the records of participation of this User, even though the User is no longer in Active status.

The database information maintained by CampusCURES on an Inactive User, includes the version of Module or other online training resource utilized by that User.

Curriculum

CampusCURES provides clients with a sophisticated, password protected Curriculum of workplace and campus community related brief articles, following an established curriculum of topics.

Additionally, as real world events occur that are germane to campus environments, new articles are drafted by our professionals and provided to clients who use the Curriculum feature of CampusCURES.

Hotlines

CampusCURES hotlines are available, as selected by the client institution, for reporting fraud and other crimes, harassment, intimidation, or other incidents of concern to the institution.

Access to hotlines can be made available to employees, students, or other constituents.

Click here to Contact Us, for more information.

Library

The CampusCURES Library is an online repository of articles, presentations, reports, and other materials. As new resources are added or updates created, Users may be alerted, by email messages, that these materials are available. Users can maintain their own preferred materials, once viewed, as determined by the institutional client.
